1. Malas sama seperti sumuk.
2. Aku pun Motto berusaha masa belajar dolok dah sekda agik waktu kerja tok ..hehe
3. suka makan sayur cangkuk manis ..haha
4. suka makan laksa nak nyaman ..sik nyaman sik suka.
5. Orang madah aku ngaler rambut tapi sik pernah dlm hidup ..nya nang kaler hazel kedak ya ..giney la.

7. Koala adalah binatang paling malas.
8. masa aku belajar dolok selalu nangga koala tidur ajak kerja.

11. apa gik oo..blank dah ku tok..hmm sik suka org laki eksen dan nok poyo poyo ya nang out

14. Sik pandei pakei seksi . Mun seksi pun sik menjolok mata hehe
15. Mimpi lelaki monster warna kuning masa kecik sampei kinek tuk pun masih teringat . sik tauk kenak .

17.bila la nak sampei no. 25 tok ... student ku semua bait2 ..dengar kata aku

22. sebab ya aku banyak mengalah kali . tapi hati ku sakit .sigh...
23. aku suka masak sup ayam .ya jak yang ku expert masak haha(belajar ngan sumuk lok)
24. aku rasa sport bowling ..sport buang duit ..tikam2 tapi masuk parit :)
25. Finally , aku masih keluar ngan kawan sama sekolah (dari form 1) .Thank God. susah nak ada kawan sejati masa kerja. some of them ada hidden agenda ( my opinion only)

My Grandson .. huhu ..(im not that old ok)

After years of lecturing , i kinda transform myself into notes and slides which everything is already in my head.Hence, sometime, i do have plenty of time to relax , socializing and blogging :)


My friend once asked : Where is your notes dear?

Me : I am the notes!!


Hehe..today is one of those days where i can take a little bit of my working time (hehe) to express my excitement that my very own grandson will be in Kuching this evening! huhu . Here is the picture of future heart breaker :

AMIRUL ABBAS is my nephew's son. His father is only two years younger than me . His immediate grandma is my Second Sister after Mdm Grace. By the way ,i am not that old ok everyone..:) hehe ..just that my second sister got married at the age of.. 15 - 16 years old.Even her eldest daughter is 2 years older than me. haha ...weird huh ...:) but then again , it is life. To tell you the truth ..while i was a child, i was kinda confused about this bloodline relationship. hahaha...but i managed to figure it out when i was in primary 5!


By the way , i am so excited to see abbas today ...Can't wait to see him and can't wait to hold my very own grandson .

sexual harrassment

Do not cross the line loser!!

Sexual harrassment has the purpose or effect of substantially interfering with an individual's work performance or creating an intimidating, offensive work environment. Yes, exactly. To put it simple...we feel very uneasy and uncomfortable to work with him around or in the office . Kind of 'fobia'?

Any employee who engages in harassment or sexual harassment will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including discharge. One of my male colleagues has the attitude to stare lasciviously at young women . ok ...i know staring is normal for a normal guy but he is more than just doing the normal stuff like for example, touching and brushing up against young women in the workplace to be specific . ya..ya.. you can say that ...yes, including me .sigh ...

Several times he cornered me and touched my body ( luckily not on the sensitive areas ). I went straight to my big boss office (Directors' room) and told them the incidents . They were shocked! oh boy ....this is serious ...they sighed.My bosses promised me to warn him immediately .hehe ..am i cruel?..i don't think so . (sapa nyuruh nya!).

Actually, it really depends on how the victim feels about the incident . If she is ok with it then we can call the sexual harrassment off. But for me , anything but touching .

Life must go on

Ironically, we can share our deepest feeling with our friends and yet not confront them when things go wrong. It has been more than one month we didn't speak and the best part is i am not sure why.Confrontations work best when both parties are open to what is being said .I teach my HR students about confrontation but myself has difficulties in dealing with it .sigh ...

Friendship is a difficult thing. Her ego as vast as the oceans and anything i say can and will be used against me. Should i simply choose to end it and get on with my life ? One of my friends urged me to ignore her and get on with my life . He/she (pondan ..hehe) said that kinda friend is not worth it .He /she said ..'orang macam ya.............' .hmm...Maybe he/she is right .Intuitively, i know i should not be her good friend at the first place . Somehow,this situation kinda hurt my feeling.

It is life though. We just need to swallow it and move on. Life must go on.
